Strung Out have been around since the early 1990’s and have put their stamp on the world of punk and metal mix bands. They were one of the first bands to join Fat Wreck Chords and have since brought out six full-length records plus a multitude of other recordings.

Their latest recording “Blackhawks over Los Angeles” stays line with their older stuff and you can listen to it/skate to it, but I find it a bit too clean and you can almost say I’ve heard it all before pretty quickly. I’ll give it 5 out of 10 points - nice to listen to, but nothing more.
