Simparch bowl exhibition in the Coach Shed, Liverpool

This one buds to all those who know that a bowl can look and feel like a piece of art, combining flowing curves with the linear (or sometime not so linear) flow contained in the form of a skater. Simparch is a collaborative design and build team which includes Steve Badgett and Matthew Lynch and they are bringing a somewhat different exhibition to Liverpool from October 19th 2007 – April 20th 2008. 5.1 Fahrvergnuegen video premiere tomorrow in Hamburg

This weekend a lot is happening up in the northern German city of Hamburg. The finals of the German Skateboard Championships in street skating take place Staurday and Sunday in the I-Punkt Skateland park and tomorrow evening the premiere of 5.1’s “Fahrvergnügen” skate video is taking place and this is video not to be missed. After getting Europeskate started up over a year and a half ago I needed to look around for information channels already available to get the skateboarding news together. Tackyworld and it’s network of sub-sites around Europe represent and report on skateboarding (and snowboarding) extensively and help support the scene.
