Interview with Henry Ponza/Traffic Skateboards

Just thought I’d mention that over at the Pittsburgh Skateboarding blog there’s an interview up with Henry Pinza. He skates for Traffic skateboards, one up skateshop and Vox shoes. If you haven’t seen the latest Black and Blue Volume 2 video from Vox, then go download it from the Vox site and watch Henry rip. Henry also has his own clothing company called Direction East Ltd.

Limited Fully Fired wheel from Spitfire and Lakai

Concrete skatepark ready for Vienna, Austria end of November

According to some reliable sources in the skatepark building community, a spanking brand new skatepark will open its curves and coping to the public in Vienna, Austria towards the end of November this year. 2000 square meters of skateable concrete (the whole park is around 4000 square meters) will bring new possibilities for skaters. Quiksilver Stockholm halfpipe contest follow-up report

This is why I am running this site. Just by chance I found out a week after the contest that the Quiksilver Stockholm Invitational had taken place on October 20th at the Stockholm skatepark with some of Europe’s finest vert skaters battling it out on the great looking ramp. War of the Roses footage from Burnley

Yesterday the first part took place in Burnley and after some net searching I came up with some footage from “Rob”.
