Skatepark in Burnley,UK set to close it’s doors!

Damn! Now that’s really bad news. The Interact skate park in Burnley, UK (close to Manchester) is set to close it’s doors as the landlord has decided to use the property in some other manner! This is actually one of the only parks I have personally been able to skate while visiting the UK and it is really one good park. I was there two years ago at the Bowlriders Cup and had a blast with the locals skating and partying all night long.
The bowl area is just fantastic with an uncountable amount of lines and trick possibilities. Perfect if you just want to gain tons of speed or if you are in a trick mood. The street area is also packed with ramps, rails and more so you will not be bored. The final allnighter session will take place July 19th from 8pm-8am. The park will stay open into August but the final closing date is not known yet.
