Hamburg skatepark gets a skate loop!
Sunny day in Hamburg yesterday and what do I do? Go to the indoor skatepark - yeah, nuts but I wanted to ride the bowl and what do I get to see when I walk in through the front door? A brand new skate loop had been set up!!!
That’s right, supposedly some guy - not sure if a skateboarder or some inliner - wants to try it out and it was built extra for him. So if you want to try something like this , Hamburg’s indoor is the place to head to till September 12th, 2008. Then it will be taken down again. You can sort of practice in the cradle which is part of the indoor bowl but it is definitely a different story to ride a loop. I’ll be there though when someone tries this thing…I’d rather give it a pass and improve my vert skills in the mean time

This thing is complete Bullshit!
It was put there so some fat old Fuck can RUN through it (with security harnish and strings attatched)in order to make it onto some fucking stupid TV Show. It is blocking major parts of the Park ( the Funbox, Curbs and the big Bank)and therefore renders the park more or less useless for the Kids who actually pay to get in.
I guess a lot of Cash went into someones pocket to get this thing put right in everybodies way.
Fuck I am pissed off!

No way Thomas..I didn’t know that. Someone is going to run through it???? How stupid can that be. And yeah, it is right in the way of main park of the park.

It was made for some stupid guy who wanted to run through it with a security rope! I didn’t know that back then…I have no idea if a skater tried it or not and it’s gone now!
