A brand new site with a skateboard oriented blog and the announcement of Nick Trapasso as a new rider for the team - Converse is getting really serious again about it’s involvement in skateboarding. Not that they weren’t serious but this is an obvious move in the marketing department to let us potential buyers and shoe wearers know that Converse is part of skateboarding.

The Converse team already has some serious skill under it’s belt including Raymond Molinar, Sammy Baca, Ethan Fowler and Anthony Pappalardo. And the new 2009 line of shoes is looking pretty good…
