Machotaildrop – Skateboard Dreams Become Reality

Machotaildrop – a visually stunning journey of an amateur skateboarder dream.

This movie is down on my list for a cinema visit once it comes out. It’s the story of a teenage boy Walter who dreams like so many of becoming a sponsored skateboarder and living the good life. Like so many skaters Walter puts together a demo tape and it gets noticed. His demo video captures the attention of Baron – a failed highwire artist turned skateboard magnate – who invites Walter to enter into his subterranean empire and sign a lifetime endorsement contract. Machotaildrop features acting and skating by Rick McCrank, John Rattray, Anthony Amadori, James Faulkner, Lukacs Bicskey, Vanessa Guide, Fred Mortagne, Frank Gerwer, Steve Olson plus a lot more good people…

The movie was directed by Corey Adams and Alex Craig.
