EUROPESKATE.COM Connecting skateboarders
The 2008 Quiksilver Bowlriders series has been underway for over two now so it’s about time that I gave you all a little update about what has been happening. Five from twelve stops have already taken place which means five skaters have already qualified themselves for the finals in Malmö from June 12th -15th. Here’s who made it up till today, May 13th 2008:
Paris, France: Eric Vidal
Vienna, Austria: Martin Jurasek
Courtrai, Belgium: Simon Stachon
Lisboa, Portugal: ????????? still waiting for the results!
Prague, Czech Republic: Martin Jurasek again but because he’s already qualified the second place spot got to hit the finals so it was Mirek Tovarys
This coming weekend the tour moves on to the impressive bowl in Hagen, Germany on the way to the finals in June. I’ll be in Malmö with Bailgun.com chief Gerd Rieger to watch all of the action.
