Getting harassed for skating spots – sounds familiar? Even worse when you are trying to land a trick for a photo shoot for an ad. Gabe Morford shows off his climbing skills with a little support from Chris Pfanner in the streets of San Francisco all just to get the right angle for Real Skateboard’s latest ad with Peter Ramondetta. Funny how sometimes the people who need to get exercise the most scream the loudest about how skaters are destroying everything. An I love Peter’s answer – “Oh really?” after the lady informs him there’s a ramp down the road *hehe* Click on the pic below to watch the video and check out Real Skateboards Real Forever deck line, I’ve got to get a Max Schaaf or Justin Brock deck somehow as it’s big enough for my vert fun!

Carhartt’s Spektra video online!

For those of you who either missed it or didn’t know about this video, a large part of Carhartt’s “Spektra” video it available online for free, 56 minutes of skating! Henrik Edelbo from Copenhagen, Denmark and David Couliau from Nantes, France are responsible for the filming which features in original Goeffrey Van Hove, Anton Juul, Vaughan Baker, Vincent Gootzen, Henrik Edelbo, Chris Pfanner and Pontus Alv. In this version no Pontus Alv so if want to see it all you’ll have to dig into your pockets and buy it at your local skate shop!

Chris Pfanner has been constantly getting his name mentioned in the media in the past year and the list of sponsors is growing as well. Guess that means he must skate well right? Yes, he damn well does. He’s one of those skaters that make me think about how cats jump and land so elegantly. He makes it look good and really smooth.

Vans Europe and the China video footage

The Vans Europe team spent some time over in China in March and April of this year and they have put together 4 and half minutres of pure good skating so take a look at this and get some new ideas…great spots and some massive skating going on there. Featuring Flo Marfaing, Danny Wainwright, Kris Vile and Chris Pfanner – Chris has to be my favorite though, the pop he’s got is nuts…
