Battle At The Berrics 2 – The Semi-Final Videos!

I missed out on quite a few of the Berrics Battles in the last few weeks but now it’s semi-finals time so I’m back in there with the videos featuring Chris Cole vs Torey Pudwill and Cory Kennedy vs Paul Rodriguez.
A pretty moving tribute to a skater who had some serious medical problems was also mentioned with the kid himself and several other people who invested their time and energy into raising money for the him were shown – good luck with your eye surgery. And then I really wonder why so many people in the States are against reforming the health care system – a system that just plain sucks head. It works in Europe…whatever, enjoy the videos!

Skate Video Clip Tips – September 10th 2009

Ahh, vacation is damn cool and I just love starting my day off with some fresh skate video clips – three more I’d like to recommend to you today and they are:
- DC’s King Of vancouver 2009, 5 minutes of HD filmed action at the Vancouver Plaza, watch it now!
- I’ve never really taken the time to learn all of the flatland flip wizardry so I decided to use my vacation time wisely and get some trick learning done. Maybe you want to leant how to do 360 flips as well and Paul Rodriguez shows us all how it’s done, watch it now!

X Games 15 – all of the skateboard results

The X Games hit round 15 and it was yet again a huge event with loads to watch. In the Skatepark Finals Rune Glifberg came away with his second consecutive win in a row on the new course built just for the contest:

Omar Hassan definitely won the hardest slam award with this effort – damn man, and he got right up again!
In the vert arena Pierre-Luc Gagnon seems to be almost unstoppable with his fourth gold medal at the games and one does have to mention Andy MacDonald, the skate machine who has competed in every X Games competition since 1995…yeah, 1995!
