UK Independent Vert Series – 2008 contest dates
It is always good to see that vert skateboarding and the contests which bring together the relatively few skaters still involved in vert skating are still taking place around Europe. 4 new contest dates have been announced for the UK for 2008 sponsored by Vans and the United Kingdom Skateboard Association, here are the venues:
Sunday, April 13th 2008: Trawlers Jam at the Mt Hawke Skatepark

Saturday, May 24th 2008: Seaside Session at the Ramp City Skatepark, Blackpool

Sunday, July 27th 2008: Blockless Combat at Creation Skatepark (formularly known as the Epic Skatepark), Birmingham
