Volcom Bergfest 2011 Contest In Under A Week

I’m getting pretty excited already after being down and out for over a week my health is looking good again and the Volcom Bergfest 2011 will be taking place in Münster, Germany on July 16th in the recently rebuilt and famous Münster bowl which was the showplace for many major events in past and a favorite stop during the world champiosnhips back in the late 80′s and early 90′s. Yeah that long ago.

What makes it even better is that this event is attracting skaters from all over the planet including Ben Schroeder, Ben Hatchell, Emmanuel Guzman, Jürgen Horrwarth, Robbie Brockel, John Magnusson, Anders Tellen and the list carries on for ever it seems…I can’t wait tio see who else will show up!

I’m travelling there Friday morning to get some rides in before it gets packed on Saturday, I have to judge anyway so if you want to talk, skate or just party with me, you know where I am! And in the evening after all of the events are over Mc Rad and *drum roll* Duane Peters and the US Bombs will be rocking out at the bowl before we all head on to the main party night at the Hot Jazz Club in Münster! Get there as this is definitely going to be one of the best contest weekends of the year in Europe!
