Welsh Skateboard Scene Video Trailer “Over Ply Wood”
Looking through my bookmarks this morning and I this skateboarding gem, at least for me, grabbe my attention. It’s a trailer video for a documentary film entitled “Over Ply Wood” by Jono Atkinson which tells in detail the story of the history of skateboarding in Swansea, Wales. My father comes from Wales and I spent three years going to university, enjoying life and skating in Swansea! I even built my only mini ramp I ever had in the front yard – prettyy shitty ramp to be honest but hey, better than nothing!
Lots of skaters involved in the scene from way back in time were interviewed and I can’t wait for the full length video to come out, bringing back lots of memories.
